Scrutiny meeting on the future of Walkley Library, 29 July 2015

As you may be aware The leader of Sheffield City Council has approved the sale of Walkley Library building to Forum Cafe Bars, subject to a 125 year lease to SCC and 25 year lease to Walkley Carnegie Library group (WCL) of areas of the building in which to operate the library service.

This decision will be taken to the "Economic and Environmental Wellbeing Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee" on 29th July for scrutiny.

Scrutiny meetings are open to the public and questions can be submitted. Text from the Sheffield City Council web pages: "Meetings of the Committee are open to the public.
