Yoga classes

Yoga classes are coming in the Library! Annie Bore is an experienced and dedicated yoga teacher. She will be helping us relax and acquire consciousness of our body and mind during six sessions every Thursday from 15 September. So, if you have a difficult day and seek ways to let the stress out, want to experience something different or need to stretch those muscles a bit, yoga is a must. We are confident you will leave the library refreshed and full of energy!
