Who? Children aged 8-11 (Y4-Y6) Sessions will be run by a gold DofE volunteer and supervised by a library volunteer.
What? Members will learn and explore aspects of STEM through practical and creative activities. It will be a great opportunity to make new friends and have fun!
Where? Sessions will take place at Walkley Library in a separate room from regular library users.
When? Sessions will be on Fridays and take place from 4pm-5pm and run for 5 weeks. Sessions will be on 6th June, 20th June, 27th June and 4th July.

Commitment to majority of the sessions will be beneficial as sessions will follow on from one another.

Engineering ice-breaker activities.
Egg drop experiments.
balloon powerd cars.
Code breaking treasure hunt.
Making lava lamps.
Elephant’s toothpaste.
Sessions are free but there is a suggested one-off donation to cover the cost of materials is appreciated.
